I am Ashley Meek, Naturopathic Doctor, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. I offer sessions shaped around what you need that day- whether it's time to rest, & renew, tackle a knot in your neck, massage to support your menstrual cycle or fertility journey, craniosacral therapy when your nervous system feels overwhelmed or body feels out of balance after an injury, accident, birth, or reiki for a gentle energetic reset, We can focus on one approach or a combination that feels right for you.
